Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission is to reach people of all ages, races and backgrounds in the Ohio Valley and all around the World with the Full Gospel of Jesus Christ. We will do this through the ministry of the Living W.O.R.D. John 8:31-32 “Jesus said,   if you abide in My Word, you are my disciples in deed and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” The following statement of purpose expands and explains this mission:

WORSHIP: To provide a place for believers of like faith to worship God in Spirit & Truth through charismatic worship services, prayer meetings and fellowship activities for all ages (John 4:23-24, Acts 2:42+46, Hebrews 10:24-25) 

OUTREACH: To reach unchurched people in the Ohio Valley and around the World by bringing them into an active & growing relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15, Acts 1:8, Romans 10:8-17, Ephesians 2:8)

RESTORATION: To restore people in our community who have been wounded by the mistreatment or neglect of the church by bringing them back into the abundant life of Jesus Christ and healthy fellowship with His church (2 Corinthians 5:18-20, John 10:10, Galatians 6:1-2)

DISCIPLESHIP:  To lead the people we reach from conversion to maturity in the faith by leading them through the steps of: Repentance from dead works, water baptism, Holy Spirit empowerment, life application of the Full Gospel of Jesus Christ, active Ministry Partnership, discovery of their spiritual gifts, opportunities to use their gifts in Christian service, both locally and abroad (Matthew 28:19-20; 2 Corinthians 1:20; Romans 12:4-11; Ephesians 4:11-16)

Our Vision is to be a continuously growing congregation, reaching thousands of people for Jesus Christ through the ministry of the living W.O.R.D.  We will accomadate this growth with adequate ministries, staff members, facilities and resources.  We will not cease to strive for the full scope of this vision until every person in our sphere of influence has been born-again, Spirit-filled, set free, delivered and healed!
